Vegan Oatmeal Cookie Recipe #1

One of my favourite oatmeal cookie recipes comes from Glow Kitchen, and is super amazing because it is sugar-egg-dairy-fat free! Does it get any better than that? Maybe if it was calorie free, but that might be asking too much. This recipe uses apple sauce and bananas, and the delicious combination of cinnamon and raisins to create a delicious and hearty oatmeal cookie. These cookies make a great dessert or even breakfast, as they are full of fruit and energy. Check out their recipe, you won't regret it!

Vegan Oatmeal Cookie Recipe #2

Oh She Glows has an amazing and delicious recipe for vegan oatmeal cookies. These cookies are quite gourmet, and feature chopped almonds and maple sugar. Definitely reserved for dessert and fancy occasions, these cookies are so good that even your non-vegan friends won't be able to tell the difference. In fact, they'll wonder why their regular oatmeal cookies aren't this good! The use of coconut oil gives these cookies a rich flavour with a hint of coconut - you'll never have your cookies any other way!

Vegan Oatmeal Cookie Recipe #3

These amazing banana-maple vegan oatmeal cookies are to die for. The banana flavour is very subtle, but adds to the overall flavour very nicely. This recipe uses a chia-egg as an egg replacement, which is something that I love to do! Chia seeds are packed FULL of omega-3's, and are so so so good for you. A hint of lemon and cinnamon give these delicious cookies a unique twist. Definitely give them a try!
